We collaborate with Community Land Trusts, Developers, and Local Authorities. We design and deliver creative communication and engagement plans to kickstart collaboration between local stakeholders.
Research and Policy Development
Realising effective local policy to deliver goals for housing, communities, public services and climate change is a challenge. We support the research and testing of local policy development, to set aspirations that are shared with the inhabitants of villages, towns and cities.
Sustainable Neighbourhood Planning
We work with architects, planners, and community organisations to develop neighbourhood action-plans and masterplans, improving resilience, sustainability and community identity. Through asset mapping, surveys and community engagement, these strategic plans set a clear direction for future local development.
